2021 « Je voulais m'en aller mais je n'ai pas bougé »

Marseille, appartement avenue du Prado. Les personnages s’activent dans différentes pièces : dormir, se laver, manger, lire.

Marc-Antoine Serra les a photographiés in situ et les photographies ont été exposées à la fois dans les pièces et dans les chapitres du livre. Le dernier chapitre contient un texte de Jean-Jacques Viton qui se trouve à la campagne ; le titre de l’exposition et du livre reprend celui d’un de ses livres publié aux éditions P.O.L.

Marseille, apartment on the Prado avenue. The characters are active in different rooms: sleeping, washing, eating, reading.
Marc-Antoine Serra photographed them in situ and the photographs were displayed both in the rooms and in the chapters of the book. The last chapter contains a text by Jean-Jacques Viton, who is in the countryside; the title of the exhibition and the book is taken from one of his books published by P.O.L.
